Jay Heap

Jay is a recent master class shooter in Georgia. Having only picked up a shotgun in 2013, he has continued to work hard to develop the skills for success at each classification. Jay participates in local, state, regional, and national shoots. While still working to try and master this game of sporting clays, he enjoys the challenge of varied target presentations and the fun of sub gauge courses at larger shoots. Recently, at the U.S. Open, Jay earned eleven punches to move from AA to Master class. He had three top 10 finishes at the Open including a 9th overall in the .410 bore class. Jay is currently working to move up the master class ladder. He is a member of Big Red Oak Plantation in Gay, GA.
